    Pizza stone? That’s how I make mine. One on the top rack so the heat radiates evenly on the pizza and the pizza on the other stone.

    No pics... Soux vide'd baby back ribs for 30 hours @ 145* and then put them on the weber with PC Smokin' Stampede Beer & Chipotle sauce.

    And I barely have room for that. In the kitchen I’ve got a Breville Smart Oven Air (1cb foot) and it takes up a lot of counter space, my stand mixer and Keurig. It’s a small kitchen. My Insta Pot and deep fryer are in the basement as they don’t get used often as well as my cast iron stuff.

    Actually...lol I built a water oven. Basically, it's an Igloo cooler(30L) with a hole in the top to insert my Anova heater. This way on longer cooks, there is less evaporation. Leave it on the kitchen floor to save counter space.
