    forgot to get pics last Sunday as i was dealing with a power outage, but supper wasn't an issue since i was trying some smoked fish on the bbq for the first time. Trout and Salmon. Turned out absolutely fantastic, and I'm not a real big fish lover.

    Wife made keto cheese cake. The crust is made with almond flour and cinnamon. Crushed walnuts and strawberries on top. Sorry for people with nut allergies.

    Some Mexican casserole thingy. Shredded chicken, rice, enchilada sauce and refried beans with cheese on top.

    Poulet Cordon Bleu. Used smoked meat instead of ham. Herb and garlic laughing cow cheese. Covered in shake & bake. Used my cast iron skillet to flatten the chicken.

    Occasionally, when both of us are feeling lazy, we’ll order some Swiss Chalet. The cats go crazy (not that we give them any), but the smell drives them nuts.

    Right now, I’m eating Swiss Chalet flavoured chips. They are fairly authentic. I know this because the cats are going crazy!

    Rusty loves Swiss Chalet too...and he does get leftovers. When we are considering what take out to get we call it "SC" so as not to excite him. It's to the point where our neighbour even saves some for him when she orders there - now every time he sees here he goes over to see if she has any. We have nick named her the "Swiss Chalet Lady".

    Sure did. Made the dough Friday. Enveloped the European butter in the dough yesterday and rolled out and folded three times then stretched out this morning.
