    OMG, 3 of my favourite food groups right there! Steak, beer, and potato salad.

    (The steak and the potato salad look phenomenal. The beer looks questionable. )

    I dont ever remember to take pictures but we both had to work today so the wife threw 2 racks or ribs in the crock pot
    Usually do that for ease when working and then finish them on the grill. Can be tricky to keep them together.
    Sure enough when she pulled them out the bones all fell out and it was just a pile of moist delicious meat. She was grumbling about wanting ribs today, but I said no worries. Threw the meat pile in the cast iron skillet added some seasoning. And put it on the bbq that was already going to bake some potatos. Got a nice crisp on some of the bits and then piled the meat on buns with some smoked havarty and sauce.

    Damn that’s how I’m eating ribs from now on.
