    Wife and kids are at the cottage, making grilled cheese.

    Cleaning up the freezer found a roast and an ancient steak. Going to smoke them tomorrow and see how it goes.

    Roast actually turned out edible despite being probably 4 years old. Not great, but much better than it could have been. Made the steak into jerky, it wasn't good at all.

    Got a couple calzones from Baba Calzone in Vaughan. These are the large ones which are 14”. The extra large are 16”. These were delicious.

    Gonna fry up some Swiss Chard from the COVID garden with tons of butter - cause you can never add too much butter - lots of garlic and some previously cooked Italian hot sausage - then I’m gonna crawl into bed and maybe pull the sheets over the high commanders head…hahaha
