Grabbed a brisket as well this weekend. But ground the flap and made brisket burgers.
Smoked some bacon with applewood to go on them.
Damn good eating.

Got pizza last night from That Italian Place. Thick crust. Both 18” pizzas.

So now I know, if I want thick crust, go to The Italian Place. If I want thin crust, go to Pizzeria Dei Sassi. Both are Italian restaurants.
