Made some soux-vide-q baby back ribs for supper. Potatoes and grilled peppers for sides. Ribs were dry rubbed with Bone Dust and then into the water oven for eight hours. Removed and coated with Bullseye bbq sauce.... Not gonna lie... it was Good!!

Pork and beef short ribs are the cat's ass soux vide q'd! I usually cook short ribs for at least 36 hours in my home made water oven.
