Check your nearest Pizza Nova to see if they sell the bottles (or Amazon.ca)

Had dinner at the 1812 Grillhouse on Hwy 27 just a few minutes north of Hwy 9. I had their Grillhouse burger and Celeste had chicken and waffles. Both were very good. I will definitely go back.

BBQ'd some New York striploin with garlic butter shrimp and some red peppers. Had potatoes and onions with Montreal steak spice. Was very good... would go back again! lol

A Soux vide Q sirloin tip roast. In the soux vide oven for 30 hours @ 134 degrees and then onto the BBQ for searing at 450 degrees. Sides were baby potatoes and steamed broccoli. Rum/coke to wash it down. Was very impressed with how a less expensive cut of meat came out. It melted in my mouth!

    ^^^very similar menu here.
Sous-vide tenderloin going in the cast iron skillet as we speak. Served with a Caesar salad and red wine.

I have never sous-vide anything. But I though it was best for making cheaper cuts more tender.

What’s the benefit of doing a tenderloin?

Place out by goderich airport used to do and Amazon cheese and bacon foot long. There were a good quality dog with tea bacon and nacho cheese sauce. Horrible for your health but delicious

Unfortunately place changed hands and while the menu stayed pretty much the same the quality of the ingredients did not turned gross in a hurry
