Imagine everyone driving electric cars one day in the future. Don't pay a toll bill or you're in the process of disputing a bill, they will simply turn off your car. They don't want you to travel to an area, turn off your car.

The government would never allow a company to have that kind of control. Like, I don’t know. Say for example a bank. The government would NEVER allow a bank to withhold funds from somebody.
