    ten - fifteen years ago they were talking having flying cars to be here by 2020 - all these new wonderful sensors we see driving todays cars were said to be being developed for flying cars - it may not be too far off but likely out of my range - can you imagine todays drivers flying a car....lol

    Popular Mechanics and Popular Science both had articles in the 60's about our exciting our life styles would be in 2000.
    Just like the Jetsons, miss it by that much.

    lol - it's seems a lot of the flying car hype died out when the electric car push began to accelerate - just my observation have no idea if that is the case - but with a lot hype now with hydrogen coming soon (meaning maybe ten years or so...lol) it could be a possibility

    You mean the people who have come here and perhaps not even rode a bicycle? The majority here grew up watching our parents drive as we sat in the back seat fighting with siblings. I know that even at a young age I was inquisitive enough to ask about certain signs and rules of the road. We don't even have fully autonomous cars that I would trust let alone a flying vehicle.
