The roush car comes with a engine oil cooler.

That's good, protect the motor, but won't solve the SC heat soak issue (tracking the car).

Adding a oil cooler also helps keep IAT's down which result in less heat soak issues at the track.

As Ross said, oil cooler takes a bunch of load off the cooling system which results in lower coolant + ambient temps and much easier to control IAT's. Was just a theory when we tested on my own car, fact when it went from barely a handful of laps before threatening to boil over to hold it to the floor all day long no matter the outside temps.

IMHO There's a GT350 on every corner. How many Roush mustangs have you seen. It's a good deal and it's the same price as a used possibly tracked and beaten GT350. Can't go wrong.

Is this the one at Taylor Ford?

Just a couple of things to point out...

The Taylor Ford ad banner lists it as a 2019 GT Premium. But if you click on the window sticker, it’s a GT base with the 301a pkg, Performance Pkg and Nav. The total MSRP on the sticker is $49,639. There is no magneride on this car. With the Roush pkg added, they have the car listed at $72,879.

If you build a 2020 GT base with 301a, Performance Pkg and Nav, it gives a total MSRP of $43,290 ($7000 delivery allowance).

So the 2019 Roush is $29,589 more expensive than the 2020 GT base 301a with the same factory OEM options.

    Just food for thought.
