I get the impression it's either an officer overstepped or a whole bunch of her story was left out. Good news part, she has the opportunity to present her side in court for a judge to sort out.

She went in and ate lunch with the parents, uncles, and cousins when she came back to pick up the kids. That is the breach of the order, not leaving the kids at the grandparents to be watched. If she had just picked them up at the door wouldn't have been an issue. She also accused the police of being racists as she has bi-racial children and said they were stopping her once they observed that.

That's what I got too - wasn't the babysitting part as that's allowed but there was something else going on that fell under the Act.

Quite the misleading headline. Also shows why it's good to know your neighbours, if you know you have a busy body who would call something like this in make sure they are gone.

My streets busy body is Dave, he lives across and 1 down. Retired and loves to get in everyone's business. I'm sure he would call in if he saw a bunch of cars.

Enjoying Adolf Ford's fascist police state?

Anyone called on me, they'd find out real quick that snitches receive stitches.
