    The first pic hole is dead center. Easier to see in person. The last 2 pics are just to show welds. I agree probably an easy fix, and maybe less hassle than exchanging. I’ll see what they say.

    If they are ceramic coated which I think they are I'm not certain welding over top coating that results would look very pretty or effective.

    They're uncoated, polished 304 Stainless Steel

    For anyone interested, I exchanged the headers. New ones look free of holes and welds look cleaner.

    Some of you may have seen my post that these new flowtech headers didn't clear the steering shaft. By a long shot, they were pressing into the shaft. So exchanged for the ever popular BBK shorties. What is happening with QC these days!>?!?!?!?!?bbk15150_3x1.jpg

    Going by reading in the past Flowtech is not a quality brand to begin with.

    My last pic were bbk. The 2nd pair of Flowtech's I got were mint, perfect welds. The primaries were just way too big for the car and the steering shaft.
