Silly thought?? ... I was wondering, in theory, would a Turbo engine set up get better mileage than a S/C engine set up?? That would probably be considering HWY mileage ???

Turbo car putting out same rwhp should get better gas mileage as my supercharger take approximately 75+ hp just to drive blower to make 700+rwhp at 19psi.

Little 2V 700+ RWHP, Pump Gas
    10.46 sec @ 136 mph

I would think that in normal driving out of boost (in vacuum) that fuel economy wouldn't be too different if the tunes were equally decent. Only possible difference would be the parasitic drag of the supercharger as bbriann mentioned. But low load situations I'd think the tune would make more of a difference than power adder choice.
