Hard to say on that one, brutal outcome, hope all are ok.
As for texting / on the phone while driving, from what I see, worse vs what it's ever been. Add to that so many drive like selfish douche bags, war zone on our roads n hwy's. Yet all we continue to see in the way of enforcement, radar traps in speed transition zones or down hills..........like WTF???
