What is the warranty at Ford for replacement parts of the A/C? I own a 2017 Mustang GT with 17,000kms on it and the Compressor is making a ton of noise.

I bought the car used, so nothing.
low charge will make the compressor make noise, have it checked
Maybe contact Fast Ed n ask about Ford warranty on replacement.
You would be out by time ... all of the A/C components would only be included in the base 3 yr. / 60,000 km warranty from the in service date of the car, unless an extended warranty was purchased.

Over the counter Ford / Motorcraft replacement parts have a 2 year warranty.
