Update to fuel pump issue. Dropped the tank pulled the hat found, 1 short hose from pump to hat blown, other was not split but very soft. Was not able to get more than 10 psi pressure. Also when I installed these pumps, i purchased "submersible fuel hose from jobber". What I removed was not submersible did not hold up to the fuel 91 octane only. will not make that mistake again. Thanks for all the help provided here. BTW replacing the pumps as well.

FYI, submersible spec hose has spec printed on the hose itself, also has date of mfg on it to be sure your not getting hooped on 10yrs old. Only became aware after a recent issue we had after installing newly purchased hose that was over 10yrs old n failed shortly after install.

I blew apart 5 pieces of "submersible" hose from various parts stores, retailers. The only thing that lasted long term for me is the corrugated stuff made by ATL and sold on Summit Racing.
