87 supercharged fox not running right

all right, this issue is still happening, took the car to work today, nice day, brought a guy from work on a little ride, coming back to my shop it was not letting me go over 80 ish km/h almost like the plugs where fouled. I parked the car for a good 30 minutes, then at the end of my shift driving home, oil pressure is between 45 at idle and 60 on the pedal not hard, temp at 180 the car stalled on me, costed into a gas station, stopped for a few minutes, started up, took it home on the back roads 5 minutes couldnt get it over 50-60km, checked spark from the msd 6btm, same as before lots of spark.

I am really stumped... any other things you guys can think of?? this car still has originally distributor cap and rotor...

    I'd start with,
    -check fuel pressure
-confirm center is not burnt outta the dist cap
    -clean MAF
-pull a plug or two n see what they have to say.

fuel pressure is at 38 at idle,
pulled 4 plugs out all nice and brown on the ends, cleaned the MAF
checking the center of dist cap
