He is picking up with the car where I left off and truly appreciates everything that has been done and documented.
It was a no price negotiation type of deal and it put some money in my pocket which is always easier when saying goodbye.

I’m really going to miss the car as it was a special and rare one!
Did everything very well (handling, brakes, comfort, appearance, sound) and I’m so glad I got to experience it and work on it.

As previous discussed having 3 cars parked for the winter just wasn’t practical so when the time comes I will be replacing it for the wife with something newer.
Most likely be a 2 door coupe, AWD, 4-6cyl with most likely turbo in the 250-350HP range.

I’ve already done some research and have the car in mind for her but in no rush to purchase it until we actually need it.

Hope you guys enjoyed following along with this one while it lasted!
What are you thinking for the next one? I know it's not a hand-built engine but I started looking recently at the AMG C43 for my next DD - likely around 2019-ish or so model year before they started making changes for EU emissions regs (changed the Active Exhaust function/sound it appears). They are twin turbo V6 with AWD. Would love a C63 but RWD is a non-starter for me for a DD.

With the Warlock parked in the driveway and the wife and I just driving daily beaters nothing new has been purchased.
Once one of the dailies die I will be seriously looking and test driving a couple cars I have in mind for her.

For now I will continue to work on my GT and try and get it ready for 2023.

C43 AMG coupe is a sharp looking car!
I looked at them briefly but found them to expensive for what I was looking for at $50-60K for a 19.
Nice interior and good power with nearly 400 HP and TQ.

I think my wife would freak out about putting premium in any daily 12 months of the year so that's something else I will have to consider.
I don't blame her though she drives 30mins one way 5 X per week and she never sees the left lane lol.

On another note she’s been driving her parents 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid recently and it obviously gets impressive gas mileage at 3.4L/100km.
I think the car is lame but that fuel mileage is a nice change.

My neighbour pulled his Ferrari out of storage recently and his brother stopped in with his MB GTR to trade for the weekend.
    What a cool looking pair.
He also has two fox bodies and buys and sells other cool cars so he's always got something in the works.

He tossed me the keys for it today and walked away.

What an amazing car….I really enjoyed driving it and fit me like a glove inside.
    Twin turbo 4L V8 making 577HP/516TQ.
