I think it will compliment the wide front of the car well.

It was a long trip from Australia but the OEM gloss black emblems have arrived.

Tires installed and balanced on the rims before the mad spring time rush.
Now they just need a good cleaning and polish when the weather permits before install.

Car comes with a 235-40-18 on a 8” front and 255-35-18 on a 9” rear leaving the front .5” taller for some reason.
I went with a 245-40 front and 275-35 rear making them the same height overall.

Tire choice came down between these and the Conti DSW06….but ultimately I just wanting a dedicated summer tire VS a performance all season. I also got a smoking deal on the Indy’s and like the aggressive tread pattern.

Cleaned up the calipers, rims and installed them on the car with the new wheel bolts.
Real happy with condition of the rims, tire fitment and the stance.
Not so happy about the rust on the rotors however….applied brake cleaner to them with a light sanding and it help a little but I think they just need to be used since they were put away wet in Dec.

I figured…but just don’t think they have the same coating on them like the Brembo’s have on my GT and Cobra.

I got in touch with the previous owner and he purchased Centric rotors when he did the brakes.
I’ve never used Centric before so not sure of the quality but I’m sure replacement price was more affordable vs Brembo.

The goods have arrived for my small maintenance spring makeover including new cabin filter, new Bosch fuel injectors, NGK plugs, Pennzoil Euro 5w40 and a Wix filter.
Couple new spark plugs sockets were also required for the job.
I’m still debating on trying Liquid Moly Ceratec during my first oil change.
Also picked up some gloss black centre caps for spares.

When I spoke to the previous owner who purchased the car off the lease at 60K he told me he kept up with all the vehicle maintenance and the only performance mod he did while owning it was some drop in K&N air filters. The exhaust and cosmetic mods were already done.
Well upon working on the car I found the air boxes missing the rear screws (must have dropped them) so when I shampooed the engine some water got inside them since they weren’t totally sealed.
    I purchased 6 new screws for $1.79

I’m glad I didn’t take his word for it as the air filters have definitely not been cleaned since installed and the plugs have seen better days….plugs weren't OEM NGK's and the gap was wrong on them also.

I can’t wait to see the condition of the injectors next.
