Frame rail repair?

I know a few people on here must have had this issue. How hard is it to fix? Do I need to get a new(used) frame rail from the junk yard?

I don't, but it's just where all the water and crap collected.

Not uncommon to see a section rotted but be ok forward n aft of it.
Can't give an opinion without seeing more shots.

It's ok about 4" forward and 2" back.

Of course if someone wanted to give me the $$ for the car 12vGuy
is selling, that'd be great. lol
