All I can tell you is the results I've seen.
Yes add can to the oil with engine up to full temp, allow to idle then change oil and filter immediately, do not drive.
Also suggest 10w30 full syn.

Would I really need to put in 10w30? I was told I could run 5w30 instead of 5w20, but I was told not to do anything more then that. I understand you have also been in the business for a long time, and have help multiple forum members, and you are recommend by everyone, so I do trust you.
Good to know, I think I will start doing this as well.
In my experience,
-reduced or eliminated cold start blue smoke (somewhat common with the 3V)
-oil stays cleaner longer
-reduced or eliminated oil consumption
-reduced or eliminated engine noises both hot and at cold start
Pretty much every 2V-3V and 4V customers I have are running 10w30 full syn including my own. I know some will disagree and thats cool, just posting what I'm seeing.
Okay, so the 10w30 will not damage my engine in anyway? I took lowest mechanics last year, so I don't know much but I know a little. From what you are saying, and from what Stephen has said, I think I will try it out, cannot really harm anything as far as I know.
Thanks for letting me know.
I also run 10W30 as per ZR

Because Rayscar!!!!
Ray you won't get smoke show when you dump into crankcase...you only get smoke show when you send it through your intake.
Damn that's too bad about the smoke show lol
What kilometre mark dictates the seafoam oil treatment. I'm already at 37,000.
