Well this turned into bullshit. The seller from China wants me to send the mats to some person in Newfoundland so I can get my refund. I asked the seller to get me a shipping label so I can send it as they typed the address in a message. After that I get a automated message from Amazon that the seller has left the Amazon store and cannot receive messages. WTF? So I submit a claim with Amazon. Claim denied. Amazon says I should return to the address in Newfoundland. Again, no shipping label. So it seems to me I have to pay to ship to Newfoundland to get my refund from a seller that left the Amazon store. I can understand having to pay for something I didn’t want anymore. I ordered black mats, not red. That’s a mistake by the seller.

I’d call my credit card company but I doubt they’d reverse the charges.

I would still call your card company and tell them you received the wrong product and that the seller is supposed to/should pre-pay return shipping since it was their fault (or Amazon at least) but is now unresponsive, and ask for a chargeback (Goods and Services Not received; ie. the correct one you ordered, or Goods and Services Not As Described).
