I miss my Cougars. Especially my first one, as it was my first car. My grandfather taught me stuff while working on it. Got the second one because I missed the first one then I sold it...makes no sense, lol.

First one. Pic is after the "restoration" from the guy who bought it.

I've had so many cars and never really had that sentimental attachment. Cars are toys. We're basically the curators keeping them in good shape for the next owner to come along. If I had to name a car I miss though I think I'd go with either the '88 IROC that I completely rebuilt or the '90 coupe. That had rotten strut towers and was full of bondo but it looked amazing in emerald green stanced on black cobra reps. I should have kept either one.

my first Mustang was my 88, bought in 90. I shopped a bunch of different cars, not wanting a Fox as they were the favorite of the gold chain crowd at the time. I didn't and don't have a gold chain btw.

After testing 320's and a few other "sporty" types I circled back to the Fox as it was the most fun per dollar.

I put 550,000 on that 88 and just cut it up last year with a tear in my eye.

Only had/have two Mustangs and still own both cars, no plans in selling either.

However the one vehicle I do regret selling was my 2000 Dodge Dakota Sport Club Cab.

Nah.. do miss the times though.

I’ve thought about selling my fox and getting into something newer but I know I’ll regret it and probably never have a chance at owning another one. It’s cheap to own so I’ll hang onto it.

I’ve had my car for 15 years. It’s in my wedding pictures. It’s been the “green car” since my daughter could talk.
Don’t think I could sell for fear of regret.
Stock engine Fox equipped with the Maximum Motorsports catalog. Now I have lots of Trick Flow stickers.

Miss my 2000 GT. It was a silver coupe with low miles.

    What are you driving now?
Funny we've never actually met and we both live in Bowmanville. Might have to do a meet next year with some locals.
