I saw this one one time but I forget where. My jaw dropped at the price of this Grand Seiko.

This is what I am leaning towards. I am not a watch guy by any means but this one I love so much. Full automatic with sapphire crystal. Silicone band for comfort and looks classy and casual.

The GS attachment /link isn't working. GS is top notch and make their parts/components in-house with a lot of manual/hand crafting so yeah, price will reflect that versus the high volume/production line Seikos.

I love the Grand Seiko. The leather strapped ones are not so bad TBH. There are a few limited edition models out last year but were pricey as heck.https://www.grand-seiko.com/ca-en/collections/sbgd205j

10-piece production run models with precious metals/stones.....yeah, that will be pricey.

You can start with a sub-forum like "General Watch Related Talk" or the brand specific sub-forums if you like a specific brand. As a CDN site it's not as big as a site like www.watchuseek.com/forums/ which has a lot more sub-forums by brands.
