    Can't start my 67

Good day to everyone, I need a sanity check on my simple 200ci 67 mustang. I took the engine apart to change all the seals and gaskets. I started it up no problem but i could hear the tiny ticking sound of the lifters.
I took it apart again and primed the lifters, put it all back together and now I am can’t start it. Fuel is getting to the carb but not the cylinders and I double checked the float and it seems to be set just right.
An experienced eye would solve this in minutes, I know it. I’m in Brampton.
