    Another Rogers outage!?!

From what I’ve been reading, much of Ontario Rogers customers experienced another internet outage last night.

Amazing how a company so large and make so much money can’t be trusted to deliver a reliable service.

All weekend long we have experienced freezing video, black screens and dropped audio with Ignite TV. Rogers customer service is entirely useless as they claim there is no issues that they are aware of with the system.

Started having pixelation issues roughly in the last two weeks.
It would clear up and return.Last two days constant.
Had a long stretch of no issues until now.

    Only certain channels like 1,3,8,20,62.
    No Ignite,still on cable box.

Techs have come in the past and replaced a box or two and replaced a tap, checked outside wiring, etc.

This has happened in the past several times.
Now they likely wont fix anything TV cable box related because they want you to switch to Ignite.

    Problem is at Rogers end.

Time to look into this IPTV.

Wouldn't you still need Rogers (internet) to use IPTV?

You need internet service to use IPTV but it doesn't have to be with Rogers.
I know next to nothing about IPTV.

Rogers and Bell charge way too much for their TV garbage.
