    Insurance renewal surprise

Got my annual insurance renewal for my 2003 Cobra. It's insured for appraised value by Echelon through Zehr broker. Previous years were $502 taxes in, this year dropped to $318 taxes in! I assume it's due to the car being 20 years old now but nonetheless, I'm pleased.

I don't have a direct contact but it's insured by Echelon through Zehr broker. Give them a call.

Echelon through Zehr offer excellent rates for those of us with collector/classic cars, I have my Mustangs with them. However, for DD vehicles and home insurance I found Zehr not competitive enough. Try CAA, 2 years ago I made the switch to them from TDMM and saved $750 with 1 vehicle (at the time) and home.

CAA didn't offer collector/classic ins. for older vehicles when my secretary looked in to it.

    Insurance renewal surprise

I’m with CAA- $535+tx for Shelby, $750 for DD and about same for wife’s car. Saved over $1000. Just went with them in September.

Might have to call CAA for quotes on our DD's.
