    If it was a blend door I would think he would still be feeling some sort of heat, no? I am leaning towards an airlock in the coolant system.

    X2 Chevy Uplanders are famous for this....cause the heater hoses are at the highest point in the cooling system

    truck's been in the shop since Friday. It turned out to be both actuators failed. Major job. Should be done tomorrow. Entire dash came out. Not looking forward to the bill. They first thought it was the controller as it gave them some numerous codes- but didn't work.

    Not sure buddy. I seen the dash out yesterday as I went to pick up something from my glove box that was torn out.
