LOL!!!!! I'm on the fence about 275 or 300lb. If ride quality is pretty close i'd prefer the 300lb.

Big difference in ride between the two
Yes I've run both in my own.
Good to know.....275 it is...lol. Rick...ill probably be in touch with you in the spring for install...going to do MM control arms, bumpsteer and the SN95 rack conversion as well.
MM recommended 350's for my Fox and for my 50/50 street and track driving
They are on the stiff side but reasonable enough for street
My fatso vert runs 350 lb Hypercoils on Koni D/As on the front. MM recommend the front spring rate to match my oddball short torque arm / phb / soft 170 lb/inch rear spring setup.
275's would be way more comfy for the street, especially if you're not running super sticky tires. When I swapped out my NT555's for shaved NT01's (255/40/17 all around) the car suddenly worked perfectly; otherwise it's a little oversprung or at least overdamped, lol
Whatever you choose, they aren't too expensive and easy to swap out. So I would start at 275 and work your way up if you need.

What springs and shocks on the rear? Any other upgrades? Ie. bigger sway bars etc.
Tokico Illumina's all around with Eibach pro kit springs. Stock sway bars and the fronts have Energy Suspension bushings and end links.
CC plates, Steeda alum LCA's.
don't forget you will need to balance your front and rear spring rates and roll centres - so the rear suspension bind and motion/control arms/T/A/PHB will play a part in what you should be using.
I would email MM your complete suspension and car setup incl weight, tires and wheels etc. They will get you in the ballpark.
Sounds like a good idea Paul.
