Combo of dropping wt plus magic Rob's done with my back has reduced discomfort substantially.

Picked up the pass a bit today and worked on some powerlifting triples

Squeezed in a Deadlift Rep PR @ 500x4

Also did bench 275x3 and front squats 315x3

    Total of 15 sets combined

Finished up with some stretching and the inversion board

I try to tailor my training to allow me to do the things I enjoy. I'm going skiing in NY next week, mountain climbing in Mexico after that. Snowshoeing in the Adirondacks after that.

Nothing like feeling strong and fit though, good on you.
I hear ya and I'm no spring chicken for this game either....but as it stands, I have absolutely no joint pain and I'm being as cautious as possible. That said, I do a lot of other activities to contradict the compression movements which helps keep me loose. Thanks!!

Picked up these at Costco in Ajax and been chowing down on them. I must say they are one of the better bars I have eaten.
