Been back at it now for 5 weeks after almost a one year hiatus. Feels great, strength and stamina are returning.
Another week in the books. Did a heavy chest workout today. Feels great
Went for a run today, just a short one, first one in about 17 years...

I don't think I could get fat if I tried.
Grateful for not ever being a fat boy.
I cycle a lot which helps.(used to run and lift weights,which I should start doing again,lol)
Too many fat people and kids out there these days.
When I was a kid you couldn't keep us inside,we were always outside being active.
Most kids today would rather stay inside and play stupid video games and get fat and weak.

Not sure how I did it and wasn't trying but lost about 12 pounds over the winter - told the High Commander I think all came off my ass, cause my jeans are hanging low like I'm gangster - she just said it all went on her ass hahaha - got the auto cross this weekend. Been hooning around town for the couple of weeks with the traction and stability off trying to find the sweet spot just before the tires break loose - car is crazy with the controls off and I still haven't found what I'm looking for - enjoy the weekend everyone it's gonna be a good one...get out and scare the neighbours with your mustang...

After knee injury n surgery followed by a health issue, been on my ass for almost 18 months now. Time to get my eating back under control n get this old butt back in gear..............doin it. Only been a week n a bit so far but most definitely can feel n see the difference.
Dumping most of the crap intake continues to make a positive impact, already down lil over 16lbs + reducing size. At the same time, the knee is still being a PITA but level of discomfort and number of times it jams solid has been backing off a bit. What has backed off dramatically, instances of another on going health issue.
So it would seem, back off the excess mass of the machine and the individual operating systems run smoother.
I've hit the plateau where wt comes off at a snails pace so monitoring progress on size reduction kicks in.
Doing a decent job of sticking with the plan, results speak for themselves.
