Did a beep test at the warehouse with a Co worker. Gained some woodcut but I suspect mostly muscle. On and off the band won of dieting

Here's my pre-workout concoction for today Lol:
Black berries
Oatmeal
Greek Yogurt
Almond milk
Chia seeds
And my motivation for today
Go to run; hell yeah!!
Bought a bike today so I can ride it to work. Work is close by so I'd save a reasonable amount.
