Did a great crossfit workout this morning; focusing on lots of tire work. Here's my tire for scale.

Did a beep test at the warehouse with a Co worker. Gained some woodcut but I suspect mostly muscle. On and off the band won of dieting

Beep test started at stage 1 so I got up to five. I know the ats test starts fr zero so officially I got to 4 before giving up. He got up to 5
