Did the beep test today starting at stage 1 and got to stage 6. My friend was in shock considering he gets to that and then some while I stop at 4 or 5. Celebrated by indulging in a bit of calorie rich foods but haven't broken the 2k calorie count for the day.

Ran 8.4 kms earlier today but the heat/sun got to me and slowed my pace.

There is a pre-test you can do in some regions so you know what you're up against .

New target, hitting the walk circuit twice a day. So long as the leg swelling stays manageable, will be totally doable. Started last night, just got in from round II this morning, feeling pretty good. For those sitting on the fence, hardest part is the first couple of three times, does get easier though.

Sorry I missed the distance a few posts up, but that's great x2/day!

I've been working on this core exercise trying to get stronger and smoother at it. They're decivingly hard to do. Going up is tough and coming down slowly; is even tougher. The 2 videos are about a week apart but you can see I'm a tad smoother in the 2nd video.

Goal is to come down super slow and add more reps.

    1st video - June 26, 2015

    2nd video - July 2, 2015

And it'll just keep getting smoother.
