Well, going to start my New Years resolution today. I need to lose about 20lbs.

Same here. New years Eve marked the end of a dark and glutonous year. uploadfromtaptalk1451662182564.jpg

Haven't posted in this thread for a while, but lost 25 lbs!! Did not change my diet except limiting breads and not eating after supper. I did increase my physical activity with renovation work.

Bread and Pasta are my downfall. I love having whole grain toast with peanut butter for breakfast! I hardly eat after 7:00 but my exercise program has been nil. Oh well.

I love fresh bread but after you start putting it aside, it gets easier.

Depression and food addiction are my downfall. Will power can usually get me on the right track with eating and exercise, but stress at work or at home and I sneak off for KFC or Timbits. It sucks shit. This year was particularly tough with a few things, work mostly, but it meant the 40+ lbs lost in 2014 were re-gained, and then some, and then some more. argh. Here's hoping 2016 is better.
