Well, going to start my New Years resolution today. I need to lose about 20lbs.

Haven't posted in this thread for a while, but lost 25 lbs!! Did not change my diet except limiting breads and not eating after supper. I did increase my physical activity with renovation work.

I love fresh bread but after you start putting it aside, it gets easier.

Depression and food addiction are my downfall. Will power can usually get me on the right track with eating and exercise, but stress at work or at home and I sneak off for KFC or Timbits. It sucks shit. This year was particularly tough with a few things, work mostly, but it meant the 40+ lbs lost in 2014 were re-gained, and then some, and then some more. argh. Here's hoping 2016 is better.
