Little movement on the scale for me thus far but clothes say things are definatley moving in the right direction.
Decided to get a jump start in the new year... Went out for a nice run today.. hadn't done that in a while..
Hopefully I won't be wrecked come tomorrow so I can have a repeat performance!! 170 here I come!!
reached my goal this morning
15 sets of 10 with 350lbs on the squat rack....so 150 reps with 350lbs in about 20 minutes
51 sets total with all exercises
that was an ass-kicking leg workout
knees feel mint.....the rest of my legs and ass...not so much
33 days in to my weight loss mission.
Down 16 lbs and one belt hole to date
Short term goal is to be down 35 by the end of Feb
Mid term goal to be down 75 by the end of July
Long term goal to be down 100 by Dec 9, 2017 being the one year anniversary of the start
Longer term goal, never need to do this again.....
