45 days in to my weight loss mission.

    Down 20 lbs to date

Short term goal is to be down 35 by the end of Feb
Mid term goal to be down 75 by the end of July
Long term goal to be down 100 by Dec 9, 2017 being the one year anniversary of the start

F'ing scale is moving more slowly than I expected but it's moving the right direction.

    Stay tuned

Blood test says my iron is way above the normal range. 383 to be exact. Looks like beef is off the table

Picked up (well had it delivered) lol
A new Bowflex Max Trainer M5!!
When the ads say 14 minutes they mean it! I can do an hour in my Gazelle no problem.. This machine is the real deal!!
So I'm on my 10 week program to see if I can shed a good 20 pounds off me and get me ready for the warmer months and keep me free from injury on my new job!!
I'll post before and after pics when I'm done the 10 weeks.. Then just gonna keep adding more and more time to it to beat the previous... I did 21 minutes today and my HR went to 182 so I backed off. Not ready for a heart attack yet!! lol

That thing looks like a beast. I think more exercise is in the cards for me too. I'm still losing but the rate is slowing already. Down 23lbs since Dec 9.
