    Mark, very curious to see your results on that machine assuming no other real lifestyle changes that would also effect weight.

    I'll be keeping ya'll updated on the progress... I'm still doing a few other workouts on top of using this but nothing too extreme... And of course I'm back to using my fitness pal app and tracking all my food on a daily basis..

    Speaking of which!! Time for a Max workout!!

    Hit a new personal best on the Bowflex MaxTrainer today!! Feeling pretty proud of it!! Next week I'm gonna shoot for 40!!
    I gotta say I'm really liking this machine!!

    Thanks Mike!!! One day, one workout and one pound at a time.. My biggest hurdle right now is getting in enough calories in a day.. I find with what I'm doing, the shift I'm working I barely get 1000 calories intake per day.. If I have a beer or two after work that will push me over the 1000 but with no exercise I can intake 2200 a day... Man this balancing stuff is a pain in the butt!!! LOL.. I'm still low carb but anything low carb is low calorie...

    Cooking is my first step in proper weight loss. Pictured above is homemade cilantro sauce. Garlic olive oil brown sugar lemon juice and a bit of rice vinegar.

    Baking in the oven is sweet potato and egg plant doused in olive oil salt and pepper



    And ill be having some janes chicken nuggets with rice

    Here it is the end of February and I fell short of my 35 lb loss goal however I did lose 30 lb so far. Not bad for an old guy. My birthday is May 4th and would like to see another 30 gone by then. One day at a time.

    For some added fun.. Last night (or this morning) 1:15am when I got home from work I decided to throw in a yoga dvd and do a round before bed.. I think I'm gonna start making that a night time ritual for me.. Total Gym and bowflex before work and yoga after work!!! That Bowflex is still kicking my rearend!!! But into shape!! LOL
    How is the rest of ya'll doing in their journey??
