Snowshoeing is an awesome workout - low impact too - cross country skiing is great too - Where is all that happening...?

Been a rocky last couple / three weeks with my knee being a PITA but even with exercise way down continue to see results n loving it.
Can't remember when I've felt so good health wise, seems eating decent food can and will make a difference.
Never too late to make a change folks, you'll love yourself for it, might get laid more to. LOL

Just completed first whole body workout over 2 days. So far the machine is user friendly . Only have one issue,,,my son said he figured it out. Will know in a couple days...
Wife and son really like it.
Change over from one exercise to another is extremely fast and simple.
    Only 363 days til I see results...lol
Just waiting for this crap to be over so we can travel again

I looked everywhere for a lean to fat ass thread as I’ve kinda let myself go over the last couple years.
I mean I’m still mountain biking but I eat like crap and hardly ever go to the gym anymore.
    3 years ago I was 180lbs now a pleasantly plump 218lbs.
I bought a new Carbon bike that’s 8lbs lighter than my old bike but it’s not really making up the difference.
Guess I have to clean up the mess I’ve made

While I was working, I was really physical . Moving thousands of pounds a day.
Since I retired, I have really lost the upper body strength ...so much that my son has no problem challenging me...lol.....that's not good.
    Gonna definetly change that shit.
I have lost a lot of weight...but,..I think some of that is muscle mass. Yup,,,I know it is.
This machine, I hope,, will get me back on track...
