First time in as long as I can remember, no wt gain over the holidays from pigging out. Yes resolve is holding steady but stomach flu most of the holidays didn't hurt either. Dropped another couple three pounds before holidays may have dropped a hair more but for sure I continue to get smaller.
My original target was 210 but have lowered it to 200 so under twenty to go and new car is on order.

I’ve been straight powerlifting for the last 2 years and hitting some decent PR’s which I never thought I would achieve being over 40. This game requires a major caloric surplus; but I’ve kept the weight in check and only gone up about 15lbs.

For me, making better choices is getting easier as the weeks pass. How much better I feel = no better motivation.

I've got bread down to just this side of zero, no sugary drinks etc for three months now. For me, first couple maybe three weeks, felt like a junkie going through withdrawl, felt crappy to the max but it did pass.
