Was 212ish on Monday. Yesterday 206.4. Eating only the amount I need to continue with daily activities. This means not over indulging on food. I have a desk job so don’t need much just to sit for 8 hours. Evenings I go for a 4K walk in 40mins. Trying to go faster. I wear a heavy sweater hoodie and jeans. The weight adds resistance to walking which means more sweat. Also contracting my abs and pelvis all the time helps burn belly fat. Did an oil change yesterday and doing another today wearing a sweater and cargo pants. More sweat means more weight lost.

Lost 10 pounds in the last 4 weeks of not working out ... significant drop in strength. Oblique is still tender and hasnt healed a 100% ... gives me false confidence until I turn the wrong way and bam! The pain sets in.
Going to work on strengthening this lower back for the next stage. Today's the first day working out again.
Another big focus is recovery and rest, ice baths are going to be key in this.

X2 on the value of Jeff's material and all those videos. I do the 6 pack shuffle daily and it's one of the things I credit to not throwing my back out in months.
