Went over budget on my calories yesterday, however my exercise countered it and I was still in the black!!but not by much..lol

When I started my new job I weighed myself Sunday night. I was shocked! 262.5lbs. The heaviest I've ever been.
Just got off the scale now. 253lbs!! My goal after seeing that was to be reading something in the 240's by this Sunday. I gotta lose 3.5lbs this weekend.
