    I don't go to a gym unless I'm out of town. I train at my buddy's house with him. He's got pretty much everything we need in his basement and his garage is full of additional strength equipment. Some of which we've built ourselves.

    215lb log


    205lb axle


    375lb squat


    310lb per hand farmer hold (I built these farmers handles)


    550lb frame carry at my first strongman competition last summer. Only 1 pick allowed.


    800lb tire flip at same competition


    Loading medley. 180lb keg, 200lb sandbag, 240lb keg, 240lb keg, 250lb sandbag. About 50' run with each. Hardest event I've ever done.


    At B.C.'s Strongest Man Competition last summer. My most memorable event ever as I won this event and the crowd was awesome. Atlas stone loading medley. 225lb, 255lb, 292lb, 325lb stones loaded onto 56", 52" 48" and 44" platforms.


    These videos are all a year or more old. I don't have any recent videos on youtube as of yet and I haven't been getting much video of training lately. I can try to get a few more up.

    And that atlas stone over bar that Matt posted is a 340lb stone over a 48" bar I believe.

    Few more vids I put up.

    Here's a little training overhead medley. 160lb keg, 100lb dumbbell with 3" handle loadable with 1" plates (we built this and I painted it), 205lb axle, 225lb log missed.


    Log press event at B.C.'s Strongest man last year. 210lb log for reps.


    Deadlift event at B.C.'s Strongest man last year. 505lb deadlift here. I missed the 535lb.


    Last years Fort McMurray Strongman competition bus pull event. 40,000lb coach bus for 80'. Think I got about 32' and the bus got stuck on a high spot. Half the group also got stuck here but most made it a couple more feet than me.


    654lb trap bar deadlift off 4" blocks using a deadlift suit.


    Circus dumbbell fun. Empty dumbbell weighing 70lbs with 3" handle. grabbing it with 1 hand from the ground and pressing it overhead in 1 motion.


    Some front squats. 275lbs for 3 reps.


    Another circus dumbbell, this one is bigger and weighs 120lbs empty. Loaded here to 140lbs. To this day this is my personal record. But not for long.


    Some deadlifts from 4" blocks. 450lbs for reps.


    Log press out of rack. 195lb strict press.


    And some light bench press work. 205lbs for 5 reps pretty easy. Bench is definitely my worst lift along with deadlifts.

    A lot of commitment to be able to lift those!! Some great videos!!! On another note; I'm on day 5 of weight watchers now..lol.. Hoping to get back to 180 then start rebuilding muscle again... Gonna be a long ass journey, but hopefully one that will pay off for me and my ruined back!!!
