Liability is always a concern. Some tracks make verts with no roll over protection sign an additional waiver of liability which clearly states the driver's awareness of no roll over protection. If I remember correctly, verts at Mustangs at Mosport are no longer allowed unless they have roll over protection.

Yes, Stephen, thank you for getting some clarity on that. It was probably I that was wondering aloud about convertibles and track days. If so it came about from a post from someone about an event(s) at CTMP, but the TMP set up by Reon should be just perfect. It puts me one step further down the path of attending or participating in a track day.
