None look best IMO, unless you have a proper Saleen kit then the Saleen wing.
Real Saleen or good replica should have the third light. Removing safety or brake lights are most likely not technically legal

What about something like the 92-95 SHO spoiler? Not sure how the fit would be for the edge of the Fox trunk, or how the width compares ...

There's this one (has the third light):

Lamps required on all motor vehicles except motorcycles
62. (1) When on a highway at any time from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise and at any other time when, due to insufficient light or unfavourable atmospheric conditions, persons and vehicles on the highway are not clearly discernible at a distance of 150 metres or less, every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle shall carry three lighted lamps in a conspicuous position, one on each side of the front of the vehicle which shall display a white or amber light only, and one on the rear of the vehicle which shall display a red light only. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 62 (1).I was also under the impression that it was strictly a Canadian regulation (like DRL's), not an actual legal requirement. While the centre mount stop light is an equipment requirement for the manufacture and sale of a new vehicle in Canada, if it not required for the regular operation of the vehicle and can be removed [See 62(1) above]
However, we all know how much insurance companies love mods to original equipment.

guy pver on the other forum is selling a Saleen wing, looks to have brake light hole/space
The Saleen style wing will give your car some much needed rear downforce or at least less lift, lol. I noticed a huge difference in how my vert behaves/feels at corner speeds above 40 mph (it has a 3rd Brake light; OEM one fit in nicely). Most of the wings are crappy quality and impossible to sand straight. Cervinis or real Saleens are likely to offer the best potential surface finish and offer the 3rd brake light. The mounting on most is a joke - cheap screw in studs that pull out of the base material easily. You will need to find a LX trunk lid without holes. Filling in the ones on your GT trunk lid is a futile and expensive exercise IMO.
As I bought mine in Dec 2010:
