    Had the same no-start issue with my crappy.
    Anything less than 12.3V won't trigger the starter solenoid - red-blue wire doesn't carry enough juice on its own, so I ran a relay triggered by the red-blue wire with Bat voltage to the starter solenoid.
    Fires up every time now.

    uPDATE: fixed it, starter relay was gone. Now just gotta get the rear to sit a little lower and she's good.
