    SN95 2001 fuse question

    Owners manual reference GEM for several fuses; 7, 19, 28, & 39
    What is GEM?
    It appears large fuses under hood in power distribution box are wired to inside fuse box with smaller dedicated fuses
    Thanks G

    Does anyone have info or diagram showing which fuses under dash are fed from power distribution box?

    I don't have any diagrams but I know GEM is usually for your body and interior functions, like lights, wipers, blower, etc....depends on the car though.
    I'd think that all the under dash fuses are fed from the pdc.

    GEM = body control module.
    If testing for a draw, takes approx 45 minutes for the unit to go into sleep mode (opening door or using keyless entry resets the timer meaning you have to wait another 45 minutes).

    Battery has been draining more than normal when parked off tender
    Had to boost car twice, once at Dasilvia show
    Looking for parasitic load draining the battery
    I'll check it again then wait 45 min
    Battery is less than 3 yrs old from Crappy Tire
    Also going to try warranty

    A quick test I used to use before I got a proper meter was to disconnect the negative battery terminal, and our a test light between the terminal and post, it could take 30 min for the systems to go to sleep but after that the light should be off.

    I also want to say battery. The ct batteries aren't nearly as good as they were years ago.
