I have a couple friends who have jap import cars, r32, 33 and now 34 skylines, 240's, supras, aristos etc
one guy decided to start a business importing to the states, so he went to japan and purchased 3 r34s for him and friends at auction and has them sent over, he's dailying it now and keeps sending me videos of him drifting at shannonville
hes some pics he sent me, the last two are the rims off his aristo in the background with a built single turbo 2jz

Remember that the 74 mustang was a huge sales hit compared to the 73.
I'd still gladly drive a V6 or eco...
I don't see a whole lot down here, not an overwhelming amount anyways, no surprise they took off in foreign markets, the Mustang is legendary. Also no surprise Women are buying them more now, they're a really comfy, well-mannered car now.
A friend of mine brought over a couple about two years ago, one was a modded '95 I believe, apparently during shipping the engine blew, car has been sitting outside since, nothing has been done, I'm sure it's worth near $10k as it sits. Those cars are worth money.
