My wife's country, Slovakia is the case. 80 cents a litre beer. I don't remember much of my trip there. lol

Figured this was it - personal use I assume. Yeah tough to fund it on a north to south basis at these rates. Guess I'm lucky in that my HOA fees have stayed flat since we bought back in 2012.
