    95 mustang parking brake help

I went to pull the car out of the garage to finish the work on it and the cable seems to be to stuck in the applied position. I'm going to get under there and start spraying some wd40 and am just wondering if there's something else I should be looking for as well. The cables were replaced with brand new ones a couple years ago and worked flawlessly before now.

Do you park with brake applied? Could be as simple as pad stuck to a rusty rotor, rocking as said above may break it free. If not, gently try to push the park brake arms back at the calipers.

Thanks for the advice. Rocking, wd40 and playing with the cables and arms have fixed the issue. Now on to the terrible idle surging. Hopefully the tune will fix that.
