For now I have a complete 86 FI engine still in the k member with complete suspension, brakes ,steering, rack ect ect coming as well as the 8.8 so the plan is to swap this in for now to get it driveable while I gather "The good" parts ! ; )

Picked up a donor drive line from an 86 Capri yesterday and after a few beers and by 1:30 am she was nestled in!
